East Coast Canoe & Kayak Festival, Part 2

Folbot sure had a a busy weekend at the East Coast Canoe & Kayak Festival.

The economy seems to have affected some of the vendors (we were told there were 5 or 6 fewer this year), but the idea of having a kayak for a “staycation” seems to have taken hold. Our site was super busy with lots of people paddling Folbots and asking questions.

The weather was beautiful, the people were great… thought I would share some photos.

First we had to get all the boats ready to go…

Which left the showroom pretty bare.

Then we had to scope out the site…

Which turned into this!

We even offered treats to our four legged guests.

Tony had to be rescued from the lake…

(Ok, actually this was a Coast Guard rescue demonstration.)

We had some great paddling…
