China Crossing

Last month a Folbot Cooper went on quite an adventure in China.

It crossed the Bohai Strait — 120 kilometers of open water running between the Liaodong Peninsula and the Shandong Peninsula  — which connects the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea.

The Bohai Strait is one of the busiest sea lanes in the world, so they had to be careful with some other slightly larger marine traffic.

The trip took three days, but was a great success.

A crossing of the Strait of Malacca, between the Malay Peninsula and Indonesia, is now in the works!

What great adventures. Way to go guys!
